Ingredients
- 10 grams vegan butter unsalted - room temperature
- 15 grams patent wheat flour
- 5 grams of matcha
- 6 grams brown caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon soy milk
- pinch of salt
Preparation
1. Mix the softened butter and sugar together until smooth.
2. Sift the flour and matcha, then add them to the mixture with the pinch of salt.
3. Roll the dough into a ball and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This will make the cookie even more delicious!
4. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with a baking mat. I use a silicone baking mat from Silikomart. Bake for 12 minutes.
5. Wait for the cookie to cool completely before toasting.... bon appetit!
